I've had the COM450 system for 14 years and just recently the canister cap failed. Brett and Debbie where a great help, getting me the replacement parts quickly so I could get it fixed and back up and running. Great people and great product!

I run a small water purification business in Hawaii and have been buying R.O.s from R.O. Systems International for 20+ years and love their products and get phenomenal service. If one of their small R.O.s in a critical lab account has a problem after hours or on a Sat., I will still get a quick call back from Brett to help me trouble shoot it. The few times warranty issue comes up they go above and beyond to make it right. Their R.O.s outlast many of the more expensive R.O.s made by the large manufacturers. Great company to work with!

Worst customer service I ever experienced in over 33 years of doing business. Receptionist their by the name of Debbie seems to do what she wants. I do not recommend this company for the one main reason. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE unprofessional, incompetent customer service. I would love to show anyone my email threads of my HORRIBLE experience with Debbie and this company that I have used for over 20 years....never again. If I could rate this company with a negative star system, I would because even 1 star is too high for their customer service. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
