Quality Tile & Stone did an excellent job with my most recent tile work. It was a smaller project replacing a shower pan floor and bench top, but the company didn't shy away from the work. From the first call and through the entire process, Melvin was professional, an excellent communicator, and clean clean clean! He lays drop cloths throughout the house to protect floors, and has an immaculate work setup.

He carefully chipped away the floor pan tile, which I expected would crack at least 1-2 marble pieces along the edge, but nothing cracked! He's meticulous!

I'm super glad I stumbled upon this company and I'll definitely be calling him again!

Quality Tile & Stone took out our old shower and installed a new curbless shower with the new tiles we picked out. The whole job, from start to finish went perfectly. QT&S was the best contractor we have EVER worked with! Mel and the workers were always on time, all parts of the project went perfectly as stated by the quotation, they always cleaned up and put everything back in place. I even think they cleaned the toilet. QT&S is EXCELLENT Any future Tile/Flooring project will for sure go to Mel. Do waste your time with other contractors. Also, the price was great!

Melvin and his team did a really great job installing a tile backsplash on our kitchen remodel this spring. I had my heart set on a double herringbone pattern and he was able to accommodate the style I was looking for. They worked for several days cutting and installing the pattern and I am very happy with the outcome. The price point was reasonable for the amount of work that was done. They were clean and courteous which you don’t always find with remodel work. I would most definitely call again for any tile work I have done in my house in the future.

Quality Tile exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail blew my mind. We had gotten a few quotes and the prices were all about the same. We chose Quality Tile because they were the only ones that gave us a professional looking quote - but also because Melvin was the only one that discussed design ideas. I was happily surprised when I noticed they reframed our old window and super excited when they smoothed out the drywall mud around the tile for a seamless transition. After we had a couple of tiles keep popping up in our shower floor, we realized that we needed professional help. Although we had personally redid our own front bathroom, we couldn’t seem to figure out what was wrong with the floor of the shower. Thankfully, we found this company online and reached out. Melvin was absolutely amazing and got back to us right away. He quickly solved our issue and was able to remove the bottom tile without damaging any of the surrounding wall tile. He floated the floor for better drainage and installed the new floor tile we found, in just one weekend! We love the results and are so happy that we don’t have to worry about this any more.
