I bought a used Lamtrac from David Koon about a month ago and have been extremely happy with it. Financing was easy, Mr. David was able to answer any questions I’ve had about the machine and the machine actually showed up in the condition advertised. I rented a Yanmar VIO35 from QEP for a job I had in Columbia County in February 2024. Rylee McKenzie was great to work with leading up to the job when I asked him about the different machines he had in the rental fleet that may work for my application, as well as the rates for each. I bugged him quite a few times in January and February, and he never made me feel like I was wasting his time nor did he ever rush our conversations.

When the scope of work of the job I bid got downgraded he was quick to suggest an alternate solution in his fleet that was cheaper but still capable to the reduced scope.

I opted for delivery/pickup and the driver was courteous to my requests about unloading instructions on the mostly wet field job site. He unloaded the machine and parked it for me right where I asked.

Machine was clean, in good shape, full of fuel, and only had around 250 hours. All functions worked as intended and the machine performed its task beautifully (loading brush into a dump trailer).

Nolan with the service department was super flexible when it came to the delivery. The day we needed it we got delayed by construction on I-10. Nolan was understanding and was able to delay the delivery until I could arrive on site.

Unfortunately I don't have the business to justify purchase of a mini-ex YET, but that is OK because I know I can rent the equipment I need from Rylee and the folks at QEP!
