So we had our kitchen cabinets refaced at the end of April. The guy who did it was a nice courteous guy but one of the drawer fronts had been measured incorrectly and needed to be redone. 2 weeks later we were still waiting. A few days after messaging the owner I found out the original guy quit with no notice and we were his last job. Fine, ok. Now the owner has a scapegoat.

Finally we get a phone call that they are on their way with it, a random weekday mid morning. Guess what we work, as do most people, and we aren’t there. The guy was nice and waited in the area till we were able to get back. Drawer front was too small again. Boss now has someone else to blame. Never once apologizing for his company’s mistake but blaming his employees. Nice guy to work for, now they know who has their back.. not him.

A few more weeks go by and I then leave a scathing voicemail. No I do not get a call back but just another text. I’m playing nice, my house is at contract and im at his mercy.

after even more mishaps the boss himself cimes with the drawer front. walks into my youse phone on his ear and begins drilling the holes in the drawer fron to match the ones from the old front/handles. totally the wrong spot if he wasbpaying the slightest bitbof attention. yoy guessed it, it was someone elses fault for not telling him they were the old holes.

dude has to take my whole drawer back to his shop to paint and put the drawer handle on in the right spot. messages be he ruined the handle and needs to get another one, i had an extra no biggie.

i come home today the drawer is in. i open the drawer and one of the screws is half out. as u go to screw it in it is loose. i pull it out the screw is too small. i grab a longer one because i am not callingbthis tool back to my house! i put the longer screw in and realize the hole is in the wrong spot. so what does the OWNER of this company do but fake it.

use this guy at your own risk. if this is what is acceptable for just a drawer imagine what else he is doing wrong.

Im drilling the damn hole myself!

In 2021 I used this company to refinish my kitchen cabinets. When Charles completed the work, I noticed there were areas that he had missed. I called him to let him know that the cabinet doors did not have complete paint coverage. He came back at least three times to take care of the issues. Every time he would leave, he would never tell me that he was gone for the day. He would leave my front door unlocked while I was in the back of my house working from home in my office. I never knew when he was gone which was a safety issue for me. Eventually, he did complete the job without telling me he was done and he never gave instructions on how to care for the cabinets. The cabinets were beautiful but overall, the work was sloppy. There was spray paint everywhere on my crock pot and various other cookware and other miscellaneous kitchen items that were stored inside of one of my cabinets. There was spray paint on some of the hinges as well. I am not sure if his lack of professionalism was due to my race or being a woman or if this is just his M/O with everybody. I definitely do not recommend this company and I will never do business with this company again.
