Why do they make appointments for drivers?! We have been standing for more than 6 hours, and the green light is still on. Only the sun pleases. Are we lucky? The queue of tracks on the street for loading

First time I was here, they don’t allow early check in. Came back on time took like 4 hours to load. I’m here for my second time, there is 20 trucks lined up going all the way out to the street. Probably going to be waiting 2-3 hours just to check in Then what another 2 hours to get loaded? Avoid this place

Do not show up before 30 minutes of your appointment time. Cannot park on the street. They will give you a ticket for parking in the street.... Tolson has really cracked down on trucks.

When got in the dock to load I had 10. 3/4
Driving time left and now I have 2 hours.
Thanks guys. I'm not buying Gatorade ever again.

Both times that I've docked to get loaded by these guys.. had me waiting over 5 hours. What's really dumb, is that they start to load you, then they stop to go start on another trailer that is next to yours. They can only load 2 pallets every 35-45 minutes, I swear. They need to be investigated.

10/22/24 - 1 to 3 hours just to check in.... Another 2-3 hours to be loaded (on all 3 of my visits)... Complete disregard for the drivers time... I'll be refusing these loads in the near future.

Very Helpful and they can feel the truck drivers!
On 15th June, my appointment was on 12:30 but I checked in earlier because of the Eid_Aldah on 16th and I was supposed to be home on time. After explaining that to the shipper at the gate, they let me in and got dock door directly and wished me a happy Eid.

Most of the time my loads are ready and waiting. Sometimes it's overweight and has to be reworked. Just make sure you have time for little delays like hitting the cat scales and possibly getting the load fixed. If you are over and can't adjust yourself, make sure you get your scale ticket and bring it to them.
