Joey man your exceptional the work you do is perfection. I am more than happy with my Mustang . You did a perfect job with it. You took the worry right out of it. You are absolutely awesome. Your crew is awesome. Your shop is awesome. Your prices are awesome. your work ethics are awesome. I appreciate everything, I’ll definitely do the best I can to share and promote this business as much as possible due to straightforward. If you want to get a hold of this guy, you have to email him don’t email him on the weekends because nobody works weekends. Email him after 9 o’clock, and he will definitely get back to you at a very fast rate, great pricing completely understanding those exactly what we’re talking about. Very smart guy. I really would not trust any other performance shops that I know of. I would not go to anyone else. Will worry when you bring your car. You will get it done and inform you what you need what you should do what you should have what you should get the guy is on point to find people cause a lot of people fake it till they make it and they end up messing up your car all your hard work all your money and they’ll end up messing things up going to Joey at pure fab. Don’t worry about your car. Tell him what’s up and he will figure out what’s wrong with your car or what to do with your car. I’ll have you taken care of in no time. I live in Michigan and I did a ton of research on multiple diesel/fab shops across the US on who I wanted to order my parts and tunes from before I did. As I did more research the gap on my decision started leaning heavily towards PureFab. I ended up choosing them and I'm glad I did. I placed my order online with them on a Wednesday at 12am, the day before Thanksgiving, they shipped everything out that same day and I had all the parts in hand by Monday. Joey was extremely responsive to my emails when ever I had questions. Everything works great and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Ordered a complete exhaust kit, egr, tune, etc. for my 2019 superduty. Everything arrived super quick. A day earlier than the tracking stated, which was awesome. Had one small issue with the tuner and these guys responded fast and we were able to get it straightened out. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Checked it out and as I walked in the door not knowing the man at the desk was the owner and inquired about having my tuned and got all the info I needed. As I'm just about complete with my turbo install I will be going back to have them dyno and tune. By the way the price quoted was very reasonable and they are local!!!

I was referred to this shop by a very good friend of mine with the promise of tuning and work being done right and after my experience with the shop I can 1000% say that he was right! I came for tuning on my Rx7 and half way through the session my diff malfunctioned. Joey and the team were more then happy to find out what was wrong with the car immediately. I was able to source a diff and have it shipped directly to the shop. The PF team gave me a deadline of when the car would be done and they were able to hit it without an issue even with other work in the shop. And to top it off, he was able to make very impressive HP/TQ numbers in my car! I was more then pleased with the quality of the work and the passion Joey and his team have with what they do. Even with setbacks, they were willing to stay late to get the job done! I will most definitely stay in contact and continue to use PF as a local shop for me to be able to take my car to and have work completed the right way without corners cut. Without a doubt, will recommend PF to future clients!!!

Great customer service and they got the job done right! When researching reputable tuners I kept seeing high prices everywhere and wondered what they could possibly do to a car that's worth so much money.

Now, after having driven the before and after versions of a tune I can say that the price is quite reasonable. Heck, the fuel savings alone are worth the cost of a quality tune.

Joey has an incredible talent and was very patient with me, answering questions and explaining the why's of what he was adjusting since my auto repair experience was mostly from the pre-computer era.

If you need a custom tune and are looking for a trustworthy shop, look no further. Highly recommended.

P.S. They could probably charge admission to watch dyno runs, it's awesome!!

These guys were great. I received my package and discovered the GDP tuner I ordered with the kit was not in the box. My truck was in the process of being worked on and being a Friday afternoon I started to panic. I contacted them through the form on their website (email, their only way of communicating as they are extremely busy running the shop and anyone that has a phone they constantly have to answer realizes how counter productive it is to have one unless you hire more people). The boys responded back to me via email within 15 minutes providing me with the tracking number for the GDP TUNER which was at the post office ready to be delivered the next day So I was able to grab it early in the crisis was averted. They followed that email up with 2 more emails to ensure I got the first one and then a group phone call. They Explain at the Judy he tuners ship directly from GDP and not from their shop and the website at the time would not allow them to send two tracking numbers automatically hence my façade of a crisis. after speaking with them they are aware of the issue and currently trying to get the site modified to provide boat tracking numbers and edit the information listed to provide the customers with this important bit of information. I was told but it only happens with the GDP tuners as a purefab tuners ship from the shop I have nothing but great things to say about these boys they not only are providing a great service a great product but they also somehow manage to pull great customer service without having a telephone line which somehow should be patented and sold to everyone else. They were very professional resolve my issue and insured that it was taken care of instead of just sending one email they followed up with two more emails and a group telephone call to ensure that I was taken care of great company would definitely order again and recommend them to others Hence this lengthy well warranted five star review
