I had placed an Instacart order for pick up that included items needed for my child’s field trip tomorrow. I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up before the store closed due to having to rush to the hospital. I called the store 15 minutes before closing in hopes that they could hold the groceries for me until tomorrow morning. Victoria was incredibly kind, and went absolutely above and beyond than she ever had to. She asked if there was anyone at home and offered to drive the groceries to my house herself. There was no way I could take the poor girl up on her offer (I can’t imagine how tired she is after a long day), but I was so touched by her profound willingness to help. I can say confidently that this young lady, hands-down, with her kindness and sincerity, has given me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. At such a terrible moment, thank you for being so kind Victoria. You deserve all the goodness in life. May God bless you always!

It is always a pleasure to shop at this Publix location. Sophal is delightful. She, Cheech and Micah, made sure that my experience was filled with courtesy and care. Sophal always makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. She helps customers find all that the came for and she will male you smile with her contagious smile. I'll be back soon.

Victoria at customer service on 12/4 at 4:19pm is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at Publix. I’m already having a bad day and she couldn’t help me return a gift card because I didn’t purchase it there. I told her I got it as a gift and not sure the next time I’ll see the person who gifted it to me. She said “well you have time.” What kind of response is that? She then left me at the counter and thankfully Nadia, saw my frustration and attended to me. Nadia was able to successfully help me file a claim for my gift card return. While Nadia was doing that, Victoria was I guess what you call… “growling” at the wall and making origami out of customer’s submitted scratch cards. Not sure how she still has a job there.

Baker at the bakery was not too excited to pass out FREE cookies. And they did not even have generic candles near the birthday cakes for a quick grab.

By far one of the nicest Publix stores I have been in. I just started working in Lake Mary and stopped in to get a couple of items. The store was super clean and their produce section was much better than my regular store.

Just came home from Publix Lake Mary and I have to say they have gotten much better with staffing. Some of the extremely efficient and friendly check out clerks are: Joe, Victoria, Riley, Bobbi and Marie

And everyone in the Pharmacy are extremely helpful and friendly for example Luka will have my prescriptions ready before I even get to the counter.

All in all this store has in my opinion made huge strides in hiring extraordinary people.
