It's great to have a drive-thru pharmacy, especially when medical and weather/time conditions make it difficult to go inside. The pharmacy techs are pleasant and prices mostly competitive. On the downside, they are short on stock and, don't contact me if they need to order something in, that could have been transferred to another store with stock.

Also, frequently slow. For instance, at 4:30pm today my doc sent a much needed antibiotic rx electronically. By close at 7pm, they had not even processed it online to my account. So, sick I stay until tomorrow. However, had I realized they closed at 7pm, and called immediately leaving my docs office, they would have had it ready within the hour. As always, I have to be an advocate for myself, with this store.

Snowbirds got you busy? Hire more people and positions!

Still, I prefer this store because of the drive-thru. Haven't found service any better at any of the other local pharmacies that my insurance covers.

Worst Publix pharmacy in The Villages. All is good as long as you don't need them to do anything. I have been using this pharmacy for 2 plus years. After an accident that I was in the ER for I had to come there to pick up my pain medicine it was accidentally emailed to the Spanish springs pharmacy instead of Spanish planes and they just stood there and refused to transfer it back there, they told me Spanish springs is 2 minutes up the road you can pick it up there. After just getting out of the emergency room it was the last thing I wanted to do but these people could care less not until their corporate office called them. They called me and said do you want me to transfer it, not an apology or anything. Don't waste your time..

The drive-thru is so convenient when I'm in too much pain to walk inside. The store is always clean, the staff are always helpful and the food is fresh. Every customer is the most important person in that transaction regardless of age, sex, race, disability or anything else that we may use to describe each other. Let's remove the tags and just be caring human beings that will respect each others health by following the CDC guidelines until it's no longer needed. Wear a mask while in the store, maintain the social distancing of 6 ft. and follow the ONEWAY signs on each isle to assist in preventing congestion and overcrowding in high flow areas. Appreciate every staff member that is working hard to provide such quality service to each and every one of us regardless of their job title.

The pharmacist was extremely condescending, perhaps even sexist to me. Both he and his assistant were curt and unhelpful. We have enjoyed the store being open but will NOT return to this pharmacy. My husband was so upset with their behavior to me he has decided to brave Walmart rather than return there.
