During the past 2 years I have purchased a total of 3 units from this supplier. The last 2 gave me issues with refrigerant leaks from a defective shrader valve (less than 3 months old) and another with a bad compressor (less than 8 months old). I have a reliable hvac company install but could not find any info to get my compressor replaced under warranty. I called their warehouse and spoke with someone twice and never recieved a callback to provide me the info I needed for a warranty claim. I was a loyal customer and recommended to friends. I will no longer purchase from p and s supply again. Customer service is horrible and quality control is inconsistent.
