I should have read the reviews of Promart USA on Lantana rd in wpb before doing my kitchen!! BIG MISTAKE, it was a painful experience. They said and it’s in writing that my kitchen will be completed in 14 days!! It took a month just to complete my cabinets and they charged my synchrony card for the full amount before the job started. My countertop’s was not installed due to incorrect countertop. Now they are not answering phone calls, text or emails. I am currently fighting with synchrony bank for payment of the countertop which they did not started AND synchrony bank is giving me a very hard time refunding back the amount to my account. My SINCERELY advise to you DON’T EVER shop at PROMART USA for your kitchen you will regret it.

Update on review my husband posted. We went with another company to finish our countertop and was completed as promised. We are very happy that synchrony bank reimbursed back the funds to our card and up to this day before he post the review no one from pro mart called or tried to make it right with us. NEVER will we do business with these people again!!

Whatever you do, don't use this company. They are a scam. I canceled my order months ago before the merchandise was shipped because I saw they were bogus. To date I have not been reimbursed my money. I called today and they literally put me on hold acting like they were checking something and then said my money will be refunded. This is obviously a bogus company. The lady became rude when I demanded my money and hung up. When I called back the phone just rang which proves they are not a legitimate company.

I placed an order online since May 2023. I sent several emails asking for EAT of my purchase, all of them went unanswered. I called customer service in July only to be told that there was a delay in shipping but that I was going to get a call back the following Monday with EAT. That never happened. I called again in August, only to be told that my order had been canceled due to an increase in shipping cost that ProMart had not accounted for. I was told at that time that I was going to get my refund in 3-5 business days. I called last Thursday, 09/07 to ask about my refund. I was told that somebody was going to call me back. I am still waiting to hear from them. My refund has not even been processed. This is an order over $1,000. I need my money back!

They made us pay almost in full for a kitchen and master bathroom, insisting that it would only take one month to complete. That was in January of 2023. Till this day they still haven’t finished and they don’t even bother reaching out. And they have the nerve to ask us to pay the balance. Caroline is money hungry!!! She only cares about taking your money no matter what. Garth is a straight out liar! They just don’t show up! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They aren’t even licensed to do contracting work.
Sad thing is I only hired them because I wanted to support a black owned business. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Warning ⚠️ These people are a bunch of thieves, liars and very unprofessional do not be fool by them on the phone. It's better you take your business elsewhere and they take 5-6 months to get something that could've been done in 1-2 weeks! They are a bunch of scam artist just remember you've been warned !!! I recently purchased a vanity from Promart. Although the people I dealt with were friendly, It is the poorest workmanship and quality I have ever seen. It was falling apart from the beginning. It was damaged when it was delivered and I had to get a replacement panel before installation, they didn’t install it. Didn’t even offer. After installation, the drawers started falling apart. Whoever put it together forgot screws and the rubber stops on the drawers and doors. I have to hire someone to replace the hardware. The hardware is very cheap. I have called them several times and I get no response. I am thankful I didn’t have them do my kitchen. I can’t imagine what I would be going through. I am not one to give these types of reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to experience this.
