I purchased your machine DP1100 serial # 73959, after two weeks of use it breaks down. Thi is the most expensive dough press brand in the market, it is made in USA not in china. How can it breakdown after 10 days of use. To put the cherry on top, I have been calling the service department for few consecutive days about 15 times a day, I have sent several e-mails to different employees. I have asked the sales team for help about 5 times but they just transfer me to service where nobody respond.
It is a shame, I purchase your brand thinking it was with no doubt the best in the market, I thought I was making an investment buying your machine.
It is a shame Dough Pro end up on hands of people that don't care. I made a huge mistake buying your brand.

If I could I would give them a -100 stars. This company sells broken machines.THEY SELL RUBISH! Also costumer service will literally block your number if you call with an actual complaint/problem with your fake brand new pizza press.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
