Communication. I realize it takes a great deal of time to return calls, schedule deliveries to remote locations and answer questions. Staff at the Oakhurst, CA. office were very helpful and took the time to properly inform me off all aspects pertaining to a tank purchase and account setup.

Update, 2023, I am no longer able to use this company. It appears that Amerigas sold to this company. It was very difficult for me to schedule and complete a delivery as I am in a remote location and all communication goes through a main office who were not helpful enough.

Originally 5 stars, now 3. I now use a different provider who has a local scheduler (person) to work with.

The office staff was very kind and explained my bill. The delivery/ service person was very efficient. My only problem is that his truck gouged out my front yard/drive so I'll have to get out there and repair the damage.

The Great customer service!!! The girls at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful! We accidentally ran out of propane the week before Christmas. We called every propane service company in town. Most of them said it would be at least a couple of weeks before they could service us; and actually, most of them were quite rude. AmeriGas on the other hand, filled our tank the very next day, all of the staff was extremely friendly and on top of that, AmeriGas was the least expensive by far! I will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

The driver/deliveryman on truck number 314093 was a little skeptical about our driveway, but he managed to get up the drive way and deliver our badly needed propane. We were down to 6% and thanks to him we did not run out.

A complete nightmare. They somehow billed my dad and me so they got a double payment. Now it's been a week and we haven't had any propane no hot water can't cook or take showers and I have a newborn. Every time I call they speak to me like I'm a little child and talk over me. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm canceling today

The office personnel, the service technician, and the delivery driver all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There was uncertainty from the service technician as to what caused our problem in the first place, but I'm glad an effort was made to resolve it.
