As for delivery, unloading, people, all good .. space very tight for semi ... here's what to do ... pull up to dock, check in, if another truck is there, back up and pull to the fence on your right and wait.

When he's gone, pull up, and angle hard to get in the dock. If a straight truck is in front of you, you won't be able to dock .. just have patience here

Placed an order for some custom cut materials. Waited the specified time and called in to get a status update.
After been on hold for a while I was transferred to a different department who told me that even though I have an email saying that my order was received I never actually placed the order. Then I was hung up on.
Now I get to find somebody else that can custom cut FR4.

Edit: I have been contacted by Professional Plastics and the situation has been resolved.
2nd edit: Professional Plastics promised to ship out my order overnight so that I would have it today. Instead they shipped it out UPS Ground so it won't be here until Tuesday. I don't know if it is incompetence or if they are just lying to get people off the phone. I do know that this was my first and last order with them.

Been a month tomorrow since I placed my order. They sent me a receipt that included an email to contact them for status. I’ve tried three times with no response. I’ve also tried emailing their sales email address with no response. I’ve called and they have told me it’s “in work”. Poor customer service.

Update: apparently the main number and email goes to some corporate office that does a terrible job with customer service and communicating with the actual office that does the work. Once I was able to get direct contact info for the actual office (based on my delivery coverage area) they were very responsive and did a great job. I would suggest NOT using their order form and just calling to get in direct contact with someone closer to the real work. Crazy that they tolerate having a head office that serves them so poorly.

On a Friday Friday afternoon I was in a pinch and needed a couple sheets of abs in an odd size. These guys came through and had exactly what I needed. The sales guy was awesome and I didn’t catch his name. We hit a minor billing snag when I was picking up and Phillip and Jesus handled it like absolute bosses. This place will be my regular supplier going forward.

I shopped personally twice at this location of Professional Plastics for high density polypropylene sheets of 4x8 feet, driving 50miles from home, once 4 years ago, and the 2nd time was this past June. I meant to write this review earlier but life happens, so I am writing it now.

I am very satisfied with my purchases each time -- they have a wide selection of plastic materials and the staff has an extremely helpful attitude in finding what a customer wants -- thank you very much, Mike, the Sales Manager, for helping me find exactly what I need! They also went the extra mile to wrap my plastic sheets in the trunk of my car – thank you, Rafe, for your kind help in making my life a little easier!

I am one happy customer, and will go to them again if I will have a need for plastic materials. I definitely recommend this company.

Ordered 9 pieces of plexiglass on August 3. Received an email stating it would ship on the 8th. Took a while to get here but I kind of expected it to take a while.
Received an email letting me about reviewing my order and leaving feedback on 8/17.
Refused the order as it was damaged by the carrier on 8/18.
I contacted Professional Plastics on 8/18, to inform them that the order was refused due to damage and waited for them to respond. 8/22 another email and 8/28 another email. Finally on 8/29 I received a response & an apology from a gal who was going to check on my order and get back to me “shortly.” I didn’t hear back after a couple of days so sent her an email asking for the status of my order. No response. Waited another day and stated that since she hadn’t gotten back to me I wanted a refund. I also sent her another email asking about the damage. No response except for an Out of Office email telling to to call a couple of people if it was important.
Customer Service etiquette would have had the rep contact me back with an answer to my question as well as letting me know she was going to have “limited” access to her email for two weeks!
Needless to say, I’m not impressed. $1200+ and I’m still where I was more than a month ago when I first ordered. Grrr…
I was going to try to work with them but being blown off and leaving me to try and track someone down, again, to help me is more work than I get paid to do, which is nothing.
Make sure, if you use them that you tell them you don’t wNt your order on the bottom of a stack of good that can crush, or have an object go all the way through the order rendering it unusable.

We were looking for a very specific kind of polyurethane tubing that is used on Army CH-47 helicopters. Professional Plastics had it in stock! The shipment took a couple of weeks, but it arrived in perfect condition. Excellent company to do business with - just have a little patience.

I see why this place only has 3 stars. They are extremely rude on the phone. I had a simple job and a simple question. Simple square cut clear plexiglass job , and was asking to pick it up instead of having it shipped. I was given sigh after sigh like this was destroying their whole day. I was told in order to pick up it up they had to have it in stock, but refused to look it up to see if it was in stock. They wanted me to place the order and then call back to see if it was in stock. But that is of course after I had already paid. Seems very shady. I will not be using this place.
