My Last Review Was Removed. They Were Not Honest About Everything. They Misled Me. the good thing is that the staff in the office was Respectful and Friendly. the only deal is they didn't tell me everything that i should have known. Pico Foods Only Allows you 2 Bathroom breaks during the shift Although you get 2 34 Min Breaks. was told we get off at 2 Am But that's not always the case could be later if the product is not done. i took the job because its 8 hours and the job itself was not bad at all just wish they told me about the bathroom limits

I worked here temporarily and got fired without a notice. My grandmother passed at the time and I let them know that and they told me it was fine. They would randomly call me to come in and then randomly cancel my days as well, and call back the same day to ask me if I could come in to work, not respecting my time. I tried to get unemployment from them twice and the first time they said that I was fired because of my tardiness (which they didn't tell me I was fired) and now they're saying they weren't my last place of employment, when they were. They tried to say I didn't call in about my absence as well, and I had proof that I did... but still haven't received my unemployment because of them.

I wasn't trying to work here in the first place, but took the opportunity until I could find something better, since I wasn't getting that many hours. I applied several times to different positions and called in available and never heard from them again. I thought the people that worked there were nice at first, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE : I have worked for productive on one night at Ark Glass that's the last I've worked for them. I keep getting the run around now I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks. Now I'm beginning to see this place is a joke or I am getting lied too. If there was a way to leave a NO STAR I would they will lie to you and will not call back or place you for a job.

They set their own rules and regulations for other work environments and when said work environment tells them a person hasn't missed a certain amount they argue with them saying the employee missed more than they really have. To top it off they have horrible attitudes. I know for a fact that they also made a couple of people in QUARANTINE return to work and possibly spread covid. They really need to be shut down and the only justice would be for them to get shut down.

Waste of time in my opinion. Getting told that you will be called back that day then not getting a call, just look for another service that really is more serious. Life is too short for someone with an attitude and doesn't have the service to offer you like they claimed. I guess that is something they do when they don't have experience. There's jobs out here and people to do them. Just have to be persistent.

The owners of this staffing agency are great, but their oversight with some of their terrible employees is unfortunate. Productive Staffing would be much more successful if it cleaned house a bit with it's personnel.

You don’t get paid for orientation, you have to sit up there for 8 hours without pay not professional they didn’t tell me how long I was going to be there then when scheduled my shift they had none of the right PPE to work in the area I give this job a thumbs down
