WOW!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD! I knew nothing about silver or gold value and selling/buying and Carol Tirheimer sat down with me and TOTALLY gave me her time with no rush or feeling of having to hurry up! She conpletely assuaged my fears and educated me about exactly what I was about to do: sell all my very precious 60 yr old sterling silver!! She was marvelous! She was calm, well informed, patient with all my questions, reassuring and gave me excellent and fair advice on what exactly to sell and what not to sell. She took her time with me...she was also a charming and lovely person to work with! I did sell to her and will be back for all future gold and silver needs!! Well first of all they advertise that they do loans and also purchase gold and silver. So when I questioned the business about their loans and how they're processed. I was informed that was incorrect information their loans are only done in Arizona. So I was pressed with time, alternatively was very unsatisfied and I believe I got burned. I wouldn't refer anybody over there. I am very honest and I just speak the exact process and experience I had. I was not satisfied at all.
