Yesterday afternoon I needed to ship some expensive camera gear to a vendor who was buying it. The vendor uses FedEx as their primary shipping service. I chose the full service location in Lauderhill on Commercial Boulevard just west of University Drive. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a young lady named Genny.
What immediately impressed me about Genny was her calm demeanor and warm smile. She answered any questions that I had and her friendly and professional attitude assured me I was in good hands. I will definitely use this location again for any shipping needs in the future. Thank you Genny for all your help.
