Never received a package from Amazon . Probably was put in another mailbox like I get other neighbors mail also that I have to deliver . Post office isn’t what it used to be. No accountability

I had a package held for pickup sent here. After driving all around the building, it turns out that this isn’t a public post office. I had to eventually knock on the door to get my package. It would be nice if they left out some kind of sign rather than leaving you to figure it out yourself.

I went to the post office in Sanford to pickup a package that couldn’t be delivered to my apartment, I got sent to this “post office” because the one in Sanford didn’t have my package. I called once waited 8 minutes then got a disconnected call, called again and no answer. There is no other way of contacting these people and it’s pretty ridiculous when you are just trying to pickup something you paid for.

Employees at this location are very friendly and were eager & happy to help me with my need. Tiffany was the best went above & beyond with my delivery. From Management(Alex) to the clerks to the 204B.their communication was on point. I commend and thank you all for your great customer service..felt like family

I have a problem concerning the Sanford Post Office and was told there was no supervisor on site. I was referred to this office but there is no public access and no one answers the phone number I was given.

Had a package to pick up. Went to the actual post office and they sent me here. No one answered the door and the phone just rang with no answer. Someone finally came to the door to give my husband his package after he stood out there a while. Way more hassle than it was worth.

Not a post office but place to pick up packages and if your mail has become too much for your mailbox. Difficult to find but really nice helpful people. Have to drive around back behind the construction place.
