Although it took a while, the service was good and it was affordable. Lots of things you can do here, like printing, shipping, fingerprinting, drop off. It’s at a good place where I can just walk 10 minutes to it. It’s a shame it closes at 6 though. I wish it was open just a little bit later.

Came in 5 minutes before closing with my 3 kids on a Saturday, but they didn't mind. Kind, patient, and efficient customer service. Cheapest passport photo option in the area.

I had to get fingerprints taken for an official matter. There was an older man at the fingerprint station and he didn’t inform me that he would be touching my hand for fingerprinting and there was no consent. When I refused him touching my hand and said I’ll do it myself, he started complaining and being rude. He started saying “she’s wasting my time”. Also he refused to properly give instructions when I said I’ll do the fingerprints myself. The guy on the counter came twice to ask the older guy to guide but he kept getting angry and passing remarks. Wouldn’t recommend any one to go there and get yelled at by the older man just because you won’t let him touch your hand.

Furthermore, the facility is disorganized and messy looking.

I have video recordings of the full encounter in case anyone wants me to post it.
