Loved the food! Authenic Cuban chef wuth signature dishes like his black beans, fried snapper that was crisp and flavorable outside and moist inside with a tomato lobster sauce. The homemade flan is the best I've tasted. Had to share our exoerience!!

We have one of their machines fail, Called trying to get a replacement part-No luck- I called everyday with the answer of "I DON'T KNOW". After a week of our line being down I got an e mail saying that they had the part in stock and could ship overnight. THEY LET OUR LINE BE DOWN FOR A WEEK before telling me they had the part in stock! NEVER AGAIN!!

We purchased a Polypack machine at the plant in which I work. Our bottles are an odd shape and are very unstable, so most equipment is not able to handle it without the bottles falling over. As it turns out, Polypack has a patent on a process to shrink wrap unstable containers, and it is the perfect solution to wrap our product. Polypack worked with us to design the perfect machine for our needs. Our overall operational efficiency has improved due to having a reliable packaging solution. It is relatively quick for us to change to a different bottle size. This machine has been great for us and we recommend looking to Polypack to help solve difficult packaging projects.
