I’m a landlord in town and have done a lot of business with this company. In the last year I have had three completely botched service responses, one of which has a left a tenant without a refrigerator for over three weeks. If you would like good service I would go somewhere else!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Poletski's to install Copper stoves in several homes in the area. The team was professional and exceptionally quick and skilled at removing the old stove and installing the new one with minimal disruption to the lives of our customers. I needed my oven repaired and I called Poletski’s, Taylor answered the phone and was very polite and helpful and got a technician scheduled for the next day. Steve the technician called me and said he was 10-15 minutes out read back the address to confirm and this was all within the first hour of my appointment window. Steve was very polite and friendly and quickly identified the problem and had the part in his truck. My oven was fixed within an hour. Highly recommend Poletski’s for appliances and repairs.

never experienced such disregard and lack of interest from sales people. came in to buy 2 sets of washers/dryers. they couldn't have been lazier and more interested in talking to each other than answering questions. new to the area, needed tons of things, luckily there were other stores happy to answer questions and take my money. do not recommend. will never go back 🙁

Response to company - I did call after my experience and was told I would receive a call back to discuss. Never happened. Double insult.

Absolutely. The worst financing available in the country. I went in with a score of 725 and could not get approved for a $700 dishwasher. Sadly, I wanted to support them because they are local. But Rent A Center.approved me for a two thousand dollar dishwasher..and for poletskis I also asked the sales associate if there were ANY other financing options he said "no only wells fargo" I even asked again as I was leaving if there was anything else and he said nope.

Great selection of dishwashers. Way more than the mega big box competition which had garbage. We wanted to get one ASAP and they made it easy. Told the salesperson what we wanted which was a stainless steel interior and the price range and they had great options in this class... So far very impressed with the new dishwasher, cleanest dishes and more energy efficient than our older unit.
