I was referred to Dr. Lee by a dear friend that I deeply trust and boy was she correct!
Dr. Lee is amazing! We adopted our little guy about 5 days ago, he is 1 and a mixed breed chihuahua weighing in at 5 lbs., as you might imagine we were very nervous to bring our special boy in it was so scary for us both! Well why was I ever nervous, we absolutely loved her! She is so wonderful, down to earth, super easy to talk too and most of all she listened to my concerns. No question was to off the wall, she never made me feel like a dummy and she answered all with great care and easy to understand explanations that made sense. The office is very nice and easy to find.
All office personnel were great!
I am so lucky we found her and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lee for all your veterinary needs, she and her staff are fantastic!

5 stars! Wonderful vet and everyone there is very kind and helpful. You can tell they truly love helping animals. They don't push unnecessary treatments and medicines, they also have a wellness program which is very helpful. We are so glad we found a vet as just got back to the area! I got in for a next day apt too! I've been to many vets in the 12 yrs almost of having our sweet Ellie, and this is my favorite. I'm in a wheelchair and they were very helpful as well with making sure we were both comfortable, even taking me out to my Uber. Lovely vet and people that work there. Highly recommend Pleasanton Veterinariary Hospital!

My first visit with this vet and I can say that I’ll be returning and recommending.

Suzanne was very helpful on the phone. Dr Chan listened to what we needed and was very good with Maggie, our cat.

Our cat is in palliative care and the visit was quick and easy. We were in and out within 1/2 an hour.

I got a text message from Beth asking about Maggie the next day.

Personally I am very grateful for the team.

Our dog Peanut loves everyone here! They take great care of her comfort and health. She does not have any anxiety about visiting the Vet. They are very communicative and check in on her after vaccinations and any health issues. Highly recommend!

We love Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital! The staff is kind, understanding, patient and you can tell how much they all love animals. We used another well known vet in the tri valley for years but made the switch to Pleasanton about 3 years ago due to their flexibility and availability and we have been so happy with our decision. We just added another animal to our family and she loved all of the attention she received at her first appointment with the staff and was very vocal about it!

I went to Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital for the 1st time today and had the best experience I’ve ever had in any Vet Hospital. Everyone was friendly, respectful and professional. I loved the way my cat was taken care of and Dr Abbasnia was knowledgeable, kind and great in handling my cat. She addressed all my concerns and thoroughly examined her. I loved the genuine care that were given to all animals there and appreciated it very much. I will definitely switch all my cats care to this hospital and recommend this hospital to everyone . During my recent visit to the Pleasanton Veterinary Clinic, the staff was unable to manage my cat to administer the required blood test. They provided me with medication to sedate her and asked me to return at a later time. The visit proceeded cordially, and I intended to follow through with their instructions.

To my surprise, I later received an email from Sally Finkel stating:
"After you left this afternoon, I was notified by our support staff that when you were asked to wait in the lobby for Bella's lab sample collection, you threatened to sue our clinic if any maltreatment or discomfort occurred while you were out of the room."

I was shocked by this false accusation. At no point did I make any such statement. Before my visit, I had read reviews from other clients noting that the clinic's staff struggled to manage pets, and now I understand why. It appears the clinic has employed staff who lack the skill and fortitude required to handle animals effectively. Instead of addressing their shortcomings, they seem to resort to fabricating stories about their clients to protect themselves.

Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital is one of the best animal hospitals in Pleasanton. They always accommodate urgent appointment requests. My cat becomes incredibly sweet when Dr. Lee evaluates him—she really has a special touch!
