We had a great experience with Myrna and team at PlayNation! We requested multiple quotes, and she worked quickly to turn them around same day! She was able to answer all of our questions and provide lots of insight. We paid to have our playset installed and the team was great! They were super fast and cleaned up everything! We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend!

Our son loves his new playground. PlayNation was great. Our backyard is small so we were able to modify the playground as needed to make it fit perfectly! The installers were very professional and helpful. We highly recommend them.

From the first phone call all the way to the actual build, PlayNation Orlando and their install team were so fast and efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly Rui and his team installed our playset. Their customer service was top tier! Our kids LOVE their new “playground”. We can’t even get them to come inside. Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent. The communication between Mryna and I was great. She kept in contact to make sure that I had my warranty fulfilled. The contract worker went above and beyond making sure that the equipment was constructed correctly.

We were very pleased with our interaction with PlayNation. From the time we placed the order until we had our swing set delivered/installed was a very pleasant experience. Our son was thrilled. We had a time scheduled and I told them if there was a last minute cancellation we could probably accommodate to fill that slot. Stephanie was great and reached out to me and offered an earlier time. TJ showed up and was very professional and quiet. We have a dog who goes crazy when anyone is in our yard and she managed to not hear him all day. Our son came home from his first day of Kindergarten to receive his belated birthday gift. It completely made his day. We are very pleased with the pricing and service we received and will gladly tell others about PlayNation!
