My car randomly started making weird noises and I called and they took my car in immediately. They had my car back to me in three days and when I had to leave my car there the first day, they provided me a ride home with their shuttle service. Very nice place and shout out Paul for helping me out! Will definitely have this place as my car service place and continue coming back. They also offer nice complimentary goodies inside lol.

We took our Explorer there for a smog check and we're helped by Ricky. They were very accommodating and stayed open until 4pm even though the last available appointment was at 2:30pm. The staff was very professional & polite and the shop was very clean. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Joe did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle. We had it towed to Firestone in Fullerton and they deceitfully tried to charge us hundreds and hundreds of dollars more over what we really needed or desired. Joe and his staff did a wonderful job and they were very honest with us from the beginning. They saved us probably close to $1000.

Car broke down on the freeway, AAA picked me up and recommended this repair shop close to home. The service was fantastic. Quick intake and understanding of my issue. Upfront transparency on the inspection quote and then again on the repairs needed. It was more on the pricey side but the service managers work hard to take care of the things they can. The car is running great and my piece of mind is well worth it. Absolutely, a fantastic experience.

I called to have an 2007 Acura brought in by a dealer for a pre-purchase inspection and I spoke with Benjamin who easily helped me get scheduled.

Their inspection is incredibly thorough and the report of their findings, as well as a projected repair estimate, are very detailed. Having that report on hand ended up being super useful at the dealership for negotiation.

Throughout my car buying process, there were several key moments when I was in discussion with the dealership around issues present with the car that Placentia Super Service found, and I was able to reach out to Ricky, a service advisor, multiple times for guidance.
Each time he was patient and very helpful by promptly responding to guide me in areas where I was lacking expertise.
