Probably the most put together DMV I’ve been to in a while. I was surprised they had a worker come out 30mins before opening to tell people what they needed to do and to split the line up. This helped with a seamless visit. I was never confused about the paperwork needed and was able to get questions answered easily when filling out paperwork. This DMV is better than the one in Fairfield and works faster and more efficiently. They even have handbooks for you to study or a QR code to scan from your phone.

Never again, of course there's a wait on a Friday. I sat there and watched the workers chat, and laugh with no one at the windows. Took a while for them to start calling numbers.

Then finally my number gets called to one of the agents that sat there chatting.
She told me something totally different from the call center rep. Then tried to make me list my car under non - operational. Which was dumb because the car operates. Just needed to do a drive cycle after a repair - for the O2 sensor codes, to pass a smog. Then says how much I owe for the registration. I told her I don't care, I'll pay now. Just need temporary registration. She told me I couldn't get it. Gave me two forms to drive the car to try to fix the issue.

Just a waste of time!!! I rather travel farther out for better customer service.
This place need to be renovated and needs new people with training, can't forget professionalism here.

I had an amazing experience at the DMV today, thanks to Alicia! Previously, I was denied a permit due to an issue with my identity document and was told to wait. But Alicia was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me get things sorted. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lines are a little long unless you have an appointment. They text you your ticket number and you can check your status online for your place in line. It's DMV so yeas everything is a process make sure you bring ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS it truly helps.

Definitely amongst the top worst offices in Northern California.

These employees are nochantly slow. Quiet frankly they are disrespectful with other people's time. They're clocked into work so the last thing they care about is if you have other things to do, like get to work. I waited 2 hours and still ended up being 30 minutes late to my job. Expect to wait 1-2 hours AFTER you get your number.

The government needs to enforce online dmv services more so that the offices slow down = less dmv office jobs, cause honestly those employees are pretty useless and they know. This is one job Ai needs to take over for the greater good. You can get vehicle registration at almost any insurance company. You can renew an ID online. I asked the desk people if they were able to reset my online dmv account. "No, call this number.."

These employees don't have any kind special information that the average person couldn't find on their own. These employese aren't the face of any government department honestly. Just oversized people sitting in a computer chair all day, acting as if theyre typing up something special. Just press submit after I scan my fingerprint please. These process they nochantly turn into 5 minutes could've been done under 2... A joke.

Had the worst experience ever with LaQualla Pitts at this location. Left in tears as she LAUGHED and rolled her eyes in front of the entire staff, managers and other customers. Even the manager apologized for how I was treated, and told me she is always a problem with customers and shouldnt be allowed to work with customers. If you find yourself at her window you should just ask for someone else. Of course she wont give you her name... She doesn't explain anything to you, she will yell at you for not having DMV knowledge, she will yell at you for how she has to deal with 700 to 1000 people who "know nothing" and she will not care if you ask for a manager or her name. She laughed at me even as the manager was apologizing and that should say a LOT. I will never go to this location again and I recommend you drive the extra miles to a different location just to be treated with respect as all humans should. I give 1 star for the manager Cherice and DMV employee Will, who were able to step in to help me and easily process my DMV request and send me on my way. Nobody else helped or did anything besides stare as I cried.

Kiosk is out of service, waited for 1:30 min for this then service Tech came for maintenance he spent .45 min to do the maintenance. after he left machine broke again. charged me the money but did not print the sticker. i got the number to sit and wait for my turn.

The employeers are very helpful and respectful. Friday was a good day for all. I, finally got things done. I know sometime dmv may be hard days for employee & customers please be advice that have patience helpsa. Thank you for service.
