This hotel was amazing, we stayed from Thursday evening to Saturday, and stayed with our 9 and 11 yr old boys. The hotel had so many great things to keep us busy when we weren’t out and about, the court yard had ping pong, corn hole, badminton, a play area, giant chess and giant checkers, also a small little putting area. Externally
Kid friendly. The office had complimentary coffee and got chocolate and also had ice cream and adult beverages for purchase. Pool was heated, hot tub was heated perfectly, and the breakfast was great. The first day we had scrambled eggs, waffles bacon and many other options, the second day was sausage patties, omelet style eggs and chicken tamales, great coffee and many other options. I would say the only down side to our stay is until we checked out, we were aware we were being charged $15 a night for parking. I do think that info should be disclosed at check-in, considering at check in they ask for a card to keep on file in case of damages but don’t mention the parking.

Perfect for family’s. The area has so many activities for the kids they had a blast. The rooms are huge and so much space very comfortable. Definitely will be booking here again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The ocean view was so pretty from our room as well 🙂

Excellent view (the "pier view" is less expensive and just as good as the ocean view in our opinion). Clean, well-kept hotel. Great warm breakfast in the mornings. Beautiful walking trail overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants/beach. We even saw dolphins when we walked the pier. Friendly staff. Great value for a California ocean-front room. We'll come back!

We had a family suite which had a large king bed in one area and then a separate room with 2 queen beds. Amazing after having the 4 previous nights in one room with 2 queens for us and our 2 children. Pool and hot tub was really clean and a lovely spot. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was basic but saved having to walk out and get something. Location is amazing. We had a lovely 15min beach walk to Pismo Beach pier.

I stayed overnight at this hotel and my experience was AMAZING!!! Sahar who works at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind!! I got there about an hr early and since my room was ready, Sahar was happy to check me in. He was attentive and any request I made he went above and beyond to see what he could do. He even missed my call to the front desk and called and texted back to ensure I had what I needed!! I stayed in the oceanfront suite and the view is beyond gorgeous. Take advantage of the amenities - e bike riding, sitting on the patio, swimming/jacuzzi, breakfast, beach equipment and the stay will feel well worth the money. As some have mentioned the mattress for me was a bit firm but that is more personal preference not because the mattress is worn or somehow defective. I have stayed at friends houses/other hotels and experienced the same thing. To me, this is minor feedback. I could see how some people could complain about noise but again I simply closed the window at night and it was quiet. All I heard was the sound of the ocean waves which lulled me back to sleep, and room temperature was perfect for me. Last but definitely not least. The rooms are very clean!!!

Very nice Hotel, Breakfast in the morning is great, it has little bit of everything, eggs, sausage, waffles w/ maplesyrupand strawberry sauce, tamales, hot oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, orange juice, Cranberry juice, coffee, fruit and i might be missing a few other things, there's to lady's helping out and keeping clean. This was really worth it, the pool and jacuzzi was being clean early. Laundry's room and ice for guests, Beautiful view of the ocean, loved that part. Park area foe kids and miniature golf and I believe the office is open 24 with snacks to buy.
(🤨Well to our surprise, when we turned in keys to leave the hotel today, we were charged $15 per day for parking😲)What!
The only other place we have been charged parking hotel was in Las Vegas!🤦‍♀️ not sure to feel about this, we were never told when we rented. WELL JUST SO YOU KNOW, THEY CHARGE

It’s a great place, situated middle of SF and LA, we stayed here during the trip. We enjoy the pool and hot tub a lot with other guest 7pm after a whole day drive. The rooms are very family friendly with 2 bed 2 bath separated in a room. Look forward to be back in near future with extended stay!

Wow, million dollor view right there.|Our suite was fabulous. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms, a fold out couch in the livingroom, kitchen area...could easily accomodate 4 people. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the suite as a couple. Open the doors to the patio and you are sold. There is no reason to look any further. Easy veach access.
