Convenient location off 101. It is located at the north entrance. Lots of parking with handicap parking and access. Interior is neat, clean and organized. Fitting room is available. Apparel, accessories are located up front and shoes in back. Katie the sales rep was excellent very friendly, cheerful, patient, caring, informative. She helped me with getting the item from the top rack. Also she suggested and led me to the sales discounted rack where I was happy to find a perfect dri fit top. There was no wait to check out. The cashier was very pleasant and efficient.

Went to the Jockey Outlet store. Nice friendly workers, they both were working stocking up and putting up new stock. I was greeted by both workers. Smiles on there faces with an upbeat outlook. I found several Items that I purchased.

Let me tell you what I love this place. It has the clothes that I like to wear at outstanding prices. Over here at the Pismo Outlets. I shop at carter's, hurley, O'Neill stores. The best deal that I got over there was a deal that Hurley was giving away. The deal consisted of a hat, a shirt, pants or shorts, with slippers, for a low amount of 59.00. Now if you know Hurley they have good quality clothes that you need to check out. Trust me you will not be disappointed at the outlets. O'Neill's was three shirts for 33 or 40% off either or score. ALL the shops offer access to restrooms ONLY for customers. There is only one public restroom in the entire plaza. Imagine shopping for/with 4 kids and your not done shopping! The policy is to purchase first. We parked far from the one bathroom to visit our favorite store. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a $3 item only just to use the bathroom. Then I returned the item and left the entire plaza to shop somewhere else.

Converse outlet was an epic experience! The manager Blane was cool after. He helped us find what we wanted and went so far above and beyond!! GO THERE if you want stylish converse at a STELLAR price.

Not much new or different. Tried sckeercher for their knock off kizik slip on. My usual size didn't fit. 3 employees lounging around the sales counter and no one offered to assist.

For Ralph Lauren: if you’re looking for good deals in this store don’t waste your time. The discounts are 20% or 30% off max. I was looking for the classic RL woman sweater and it was the only thing without discount (go figure…). The price was around 125 dollars. Basically retail. What an “outlet”!… what a joke!
