The worst! Have had ongoing issues with a washing machine. Impossible to get someone on the phone, wait times to speak with someone over half an hour, took down my phone number incorrectly so that the service provider couldn't reach me, horrible wait of weeks to get service. Avoid at all costs.

Two of the three Fulgor Milano appliances I took delivery of were dented, scratched and had a damaged door seal. The delivery team let me know that the minor issues would be a warranty repair and the store would would contact Pinnacle.

In addition to the store contacting Pinnacle, i contacted warranty repair hoping to resolve the damage situation as quickly as possible. I spoke with a number of people at Pinnacle to be told all my parts were available and had shipped or all my parts were backordered with no expected shipping date. To my disappointment, Pinnacle shipped all incorrect parts! It took an additional seven weeks to receive the correct parts. It was 10 plus weeks to correct the damage issues.

Pinnacle lacks acceptable processes to manage customers concerns and has employees who would be well-served with additional training. My appliances look great and perform as expected, but if I would have known Pinnacle was not a top-notch group I would have purchased a different brand of appliances. Who expects to buy new appliances and need warranty repairs as the delivery team finishes up the install?!

We purchased a Fulgor Milano professional induction oven from Jetspn appliances in Oct. last year. The oven stopped performing in July of this year we filed a claim and pinnacle has been out twice and has not resolved the issue. The last time they came out was over a month ago, and they determined that they had the wrong part to fix our stove, told us that the stove was a fire hazard and not to use it. Since then we have heard nothing from this company and have left multiple messages and emails to resolve out problem. I spoke to Michael last week who told me he would get back to me last week and give me an answer as to what was going on with our stove and he hasn't responded. All of my phone calls go to voicemail. Your customer service is horrible.

Had a Fulgor Milano training at Pinnacle S.G. huge facilities, trainers were very knowledgeable and professional. Big shout out to Al laureano, Andrew Savant and the corporate catering Chef Tracy Hicks for being there very early to have everything ready. Thank you all!

I used to use Pinnacle distribution when I worked in the midwest. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They used resources on their partners and cared about the relationships around them. I cant recommend them enough.
