I was coming back to respond to my original post that I guess was taken down It was the most recent review two days ago. I have the response in my email, but it’s no longer available under the tax collector reviews, Hopefully something’s getting done about the complaint ( training on customer service /something )and I’m aware it was a document issue. The purpose of me writing the complaint was because of how the information was delivered from The people I had to deal with that day and on another note I had to update my Address on my license took the picture. She didn’t even ask me if I like the picture or not. I didn’t so now I’m stuck with a picture. I don’t like and it’s a reminder of how horrible I was treated at mid County tax collector office.

This location, some of the staff and including Diana, the front receptionist needs to be retrained on customer service, and actually how to relate with the public I don’t know if it’s the system that have them operating on a time manner so they forget to be humans and interact with people, but what I experienced today is ridiculous got here at 8:45 AM left at 12 ended up needing to get two tickets and wait I saw first Mike he was very disconnected and cold. Then I saw Jessina Also disconnected and cold and did not listen One of the things I had to do was update my license new address new picture. She didn’t ask me if I like my picture or if I wanted to take it over. and she called over A lead I guess to assist her Or to watch me I’m not sure but definitely felt isolated and uncomfortable with this visit This Location is closest to my new home, but I will personally go out of my way so I don’t have to

Dianna was the receptionist that was rude and aggressive. She would keep cutting me off before i finished asking a question. Just wanted to clarify if i had the proper documentation. Do not think she is qualified for that role..

This year car registration cannot be done by e-check online but only with credit/debit card with charges 2.99$ convenience fee per car. That means millions of dollars for third party that handles these transactions... and lost money for the people, and as a bonus this year car registration is about 10% more than last year... Congratulations for this heartfelt improvement...

I needed to pay for tag registration. It didn't take long to wait to see a representative. I was in and out within 20 minutes at most. They do have a portal at the back or east end entrance,where you can do your renewal,but it didn't take dollars,so I was going to do that,but only had cash for this today. You also need to have your vehicle tag number when you use this machine,and it also had a sign saying they couldn't copy anything at this machine today either. I have used this equipment last year,and it only took 5 minutes. You can go to this,without checking in at front door I think,but maybe ask just in case before you go to this machine.

Very professional and helpful DMV. They want to help you here even if you have a sticky situation. Their goal is to always try their best (within the limits of the laws) to get what you need done. Always clean and always friendly. Love this place!

Advice: If you can’t get something that day be calm. The more friendly you are the more they are going to help.
