We ordered 6 sandwiches from this location in Pinecrest 3 traditional Cuban and 3 traditional steak on the telephone. When I got there to pick these up I was told that they ran out of Cuban bread and had to put it on sweet bread? I should have been called and told this and I would have cancelled this order. I am not a lawyer but I think this is called a bait and switch. I was in a hurry and did not look at the receipt nor signed it I was charged an additional $10.81 for a gratuity I did not approve and will be disputing with my credit card company. With so many other eateries like this you should not waste your hard earned money in this place.

Third time I gave this place a chance and third time they disappointed. First of all, I love me some pinecrest bakery. I've been to plenty locations and have had plenty of great food. Of course the one closest to home (in no particular order) 1. Messed up my catering order. 2. Messed up my lunch order and just now 3. Just now, Skipped over me, the next person on line because I didn't speak Spanish. I've been practicing my Spanish too but wasn't even given the chance and just skipped over. Unacceptable.

Great food and fast service. This location has a problem with Uber drivers taking up the few tables they actually have so we end up not being able to eat our food their while it is fresh. If management did something about that I would give it 4 stars across the board.

I am a fan of Pinecrest Bakery, but I have recently realized that not all locations are the same since they are franchises. I want to share my recent issue. I ordered some croquettes and a soda, and when I went to pay, I tried to remove the tip that the machine automatically added. Every time I tried to remove it, it kept increasing the tip percentage. This made the process confusing for customers. I asked the employee to reset it, and when I pressed the green button to pay with my card, the screen showed the correct amount. However, after the transaction, I received a message from my bank indicating that I had been charged an additional $4 that I neither authorized nor intended to give as a tip.

Please, customers, be aware of what is happening at this location before you pay. I hope not to return here, as this is not how customers who bring money to this establishment should be treated.

Staff is very nice, we always get great service at this pinecrest location. My family and I really enjoy their hot sandwiches, croquettes , mango juice and cafe con leche. Those items are a must try. Atmosphere is very nice.

Food great, service a little on the slow side 35 minutes for ham and eggs sandwich. No one before me in line. But I love the convenience of being 24 hours.

I cannot start my day without visiting here. This location is the best. The food quality is excellent and the service is over the top. The location is always very clean. This is an excellent place to have breakfast or lunch and relax in non rushed atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy and satisfied. I enjoy the excellent coffee and the sunshine wrap for breakfast is the best, I urge everyone to try the Sunshine wrap the Pan De Bono special. I have taken the pastolitos and food to business meetings and they are always a hit. There is both inside and outside seating and you can go here anytime 24/7 and find an excellent meal and a relaxing atmosphere and quality service. It is very obvious that the leadership of this location cares very much and works hard to ensure everything here is always the best. The ownership should be proud for this location. It is obvious by the investment in quality employees and support in all areas of this location.

I only come to this Pinecrest Bakery late at night. I always look for Mario who automatically knows I want a blend of their natural fruit juices. It's not on the menu, but Mario knows exactly how to make it and it's delicious!!
