Stayed in Villa 17. The furnishings are dated but everything was comfortable and clean and the view from the deck can't be beat. Nice kitchen, beds were comfortable. The Villa directly overlooked the beautiful sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and there was a nice swimming pool just steps away. They also have a nice jacuzzi and an area with charcoal grills and they were equipped with charcoal and lighter fluid which made it super convenient. It's located on the quieter west end of the beach and there's not as much light pollution or traffic. But it's still a short drive to anything you want to do on the beach. Check in was super easy. Only had to key in a code at the door of our unit. The staff was very communicative via email. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was filthy. Smelled like a wet dog and there was a massive amount of dog hair everywhere. Location fabulous but the furniture needs to be burned and replaced with newer. Also there is about an inch of dust caked on all lamps. Floor definitely not swept or mopped. Could not walk around without shoes on.

The location, service, rooms and amenities were great!
If they could provide blankets that would be great too, I know Florida weather doesn’t demand that but still some do feel cold!
I just felt it would be super if they could mop the floor, it was too dirty. I walked bare foot for once and my feet sole felt too sticky and became black.

Apart from that it is great!
And it is pet friendly!

Arrived to a FILTHY ROOM yesterday. Dog hair ball on floor, dog hair on bathroom mirror, bathroom shelves dirty, counters dirty, microwave unbelievably filthy.. I COULD GO ON. I had to buy vinegar and wipe everything down. Dust caked on blinds, lamps.. Couch smells like dog. I cannot even sit on. Don’t get me started on the mattress. And I paid an $80 cleaning deposit No ma’am. I’m awaiting management response. I made videos too that GOOGLE won’t let me attach.

UPDATE: management ‘made it right’ to my satisfaction. I did find out other guests had same issue recently. Just plan on cleaning yourself before you bring anything in.

Love the location. Rooms are Ok|The reason for the one star review is the pool is so cold that the grand children cannot enjoy it|Was told the pool heater has been broke for more than 6 months. Beautiful views. It was nice and quiet. Loved the view of the ocean from the pool. The balcony, You can sit out there watch the sunset. Beds where comfortable. Its was a good price, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because the dirty dish drain under the sink, the ice maker didn't work, and some dust in the corners. But, it was still.okay. didn't see any bugs, and I did check. Staff was friendly. Beautiful, beach.

This place is in desperate need of maintenance and repairs. It is old and understandably on the beach. However it could be renovated and be a much better place to stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The view is awesome! While this hotel accepts pets pets are not allowed on the beach. Be aware of that. We were under the assumption, wrongly, that they had a private portion of the beach that pets could go on. We try to do a lot of research about this beach and that's why we stayed here rather than other places.

This was such an amazing place to stay. Bri and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. Probably the smoothest check in process I’ve ever seen. We stayed in 301 and the room was very clean and nice. It allows pets and is right on the beach. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We have definitely found our new vacation spot.
