I've only been here a couple months but the water pressure is adequate and the taste is excellent. Don't know if they use chlorine or chloramine but whichever it is they use no more than necessary. I've had none of the shut-off issues others report. The office was fast and courteous when I called to set up auto-pay, something other firms often force you to do online yourself. I'm in Strawberry; perhaps Pine has more problems.

Ditto on water outages with little to no warning on a monthly basis. They call in the morning and an automated message tells you water could be completely out or low pressure ALL DAY. No time to prepare, and if you're in the middle of laundry, cooking, showering, taking care of children, the sick, or the elderly, it's extremely inconvenient and can be dangerous. I realize breaks in the water lines happen, but scheduled repairs are not being told to their customers in advance either. Super inconsiderate.

This has to be the worst water company out there. My water is CONSTANTLY being shut off without any warning whatsoever, and I have a daughter under a year old! I can't be without water for hours and hours on end with no preparation. The ladies in the office NEVER fail to be extremely rude & unhelpful. I live by a restaurant and we share an address, they must be the ones who get the call, but despite not having water, they are still open!! Why should they get the call if the shut off DOESN'T EFFECT THEM? I'm seriously sick of this!!!! Screw this water company, there should be another choice up here.

Well if I read their budget correctly we have another water increase we have some of the most expensive water in the state it just keeps raising

They schedule repairs on weekends when town is at its busiest, water quality has gone done, and the worst part is the low water pressure!!

Same here at Pine Properties RV park. Water is shut off several times each month. Usually with no warning.
