As a relatively small business owner, When dealing With a business as large as Piedmont is you can almost expect to be brushed off as low priority or low value. Bill did the exact opposite, you can tell that he really cares for his Customers and that is refreshing to see!!

They screwed up the simplest order and gave me 2 different thicknesses of polycarbonate glass, which screwed up my plan. I sent them pictures which clearly showed this. Then when they had the chance to make it right, they started peeing on my leg and telling me it's raining. Please. This is not my first rodeo friends.

They are not serious, I order some plastic sheet and they never called me back to let me know the order was ready, after 2 weeks the sales representative told me he lost my measures, but he will find another person to help me, It was 1 month and they never contacted me, I definitely don't recommend this company
