Phoenix was great! On the weekend before Christmas I was able to get a job welded for my sailboat as I was passing through. I couldn’t have continued sailing without these guys.
Price was really good and they did it while I ate breakfast nearby! Great job guys!

Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Product

We had a gate installed by Phoenix Fabrication in May 2024. By October, it began malfunctioning—opening and closing on its own. I called at that time, but no one responded. In December 2024, the gate completely stopped working.

Since then, I have called multiple times, yet no one returns my calls. On the rare occasion they do answer, I’m told that someone will get back to me by the end of the week—but that never happens. When I follow up, I’m given excuses about waiting on an electrician, yet no one ever calls back or comes out to inspect the gate.

This is unacceptable customer service. The gate is still under warranty, yet Phoenix Fabrication has failed to address the issue or even communicate properly. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The gates took very long to come. They get stuck often and the service to come help you when they are not working is deficient. They don’t really care much about their costumers satisfaction.
