We researched exactly what we were looking for in our new car for months prior to making a purchase. We actually test drove the car at a different dealership, and we were ready to buy. They refused to negotiate their price. We contacted Phillips and had a deal a day and a half later at a better price than any other dealership was able to offer. We worked with George Bonafede and he was wonderful. We purchased a Grand Highlander and it was allocated to be there in about 8 weeks from the time we purchased. George kept us informed about what to expect, let us know of any changes along the way, and answered all of our questions (and we had many)! Extremely pleased with this dealership.

My husband and I were looking for a used car for our daughter. The salesman, Shawn, showed us every car we asked about and our daughter fell in love with a RAV4.
James Addis wrote the deal and even though we wound up being there well after closing time - never made us feel rushed and made sure he explained everything in plain English so our daughter understood as well.

It is our first Toyota, but we will definitely be back!

The absolute best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had in a car dealership (not just Toyota). Shawn Ismani was fantastic as well as Tom Pardo (finance). Completely transparent in every way and answered every question we had. I would immediately recommend buying from this dealer to anyone that has tried the “other” Toyota places. They claim they are a smaller dealer but had a huge selection of inventory. We left with buying 2 cars because of how fair the deals were. Great job to the owner for employing competent people that know what they are doing.
