I took a car hauler trailer to Phillips Steel for a repair on the frame. The manager of Phillips Steel indicated that they could fix the issue, no problem and asked when I needed it completed by. I told them a month. After a month I called and was told they had not gotten to it yet. after two months, I called and the receptionist took a message and I never received a return call. I continued to call weekly and never received a return call. Two and half months after I dropped if off and no return phone call, I stopped by the business and was told they had just had it in the shop and that it was going to be more complicated that they thought and they weren't sure they could fix it. I walked out to where my trailer was parked, on dirt and it was obvious it had not been moved, as tall grass was growing all around it. I asked the manager how they could have taken it into the shop, as he had indicated, without disturbing the grass? The manager, I believe his name is John Winje, began yelling and swearing at me and told me to take my Piece of S _ _ t trailer and get out. While I was there, one of their employees was moving another trailer, with a lift, and dropped it. My girlfriend lives near Phillips Steel and constantly hears employees and/ or customers yelling and arguing with management. I wanted to give them zero stars, but it requires that you give at least one
