I was a customer for about 3 years. I called to have my tank filled on a regular run day for the discounted rate. They gave me a date and I planned accordingly. I called the day before the scheduled delivery and they confirmed I was on schedule. I called around 9am the day of the scheduled fill and I was told the driver would arrive between 11am-1pm. I called back at 2pm to get an update. The receptionist said the driver left a note claiming he called the customer when he arrived and the customer hung up. I informed the receptionist that was false so she connected the driver on 3 way. The driver said I hung up and that was that. The option was to have my tank filled the next day. I was not going to miss another day of work. As a business owner myself I believe this company is not professional. They do not have the customers interest in mind and have no consideration for customers busy daily lives. As a consumer I had the option to switch companies which I did. I believe the receptionist was named Amanda, she helped me schedule my tank pickup and behaved as if she did not care to lose a customer. I know there is not much I can do to file a complaint but here is my review to help those in the market for propane services.

Has amazing employees and came out early when needed. Also has great customer service and very kind employees. If leak they investigate and right away figure out the problem and fix the problem. I recommend them definitely.

The workers not good, she talks like birds repeating over over not to reason customer. I do not understand why not train better service to customer.

Customer service not the greatest for propane orders. Other services outside the phone order, the staff have been pleasant and responsive. The new receiver is not accurate and the gauge reading is misleading. I tapped the gauge to find out I’m at 5%. I called and said there’s a $99 outside delivery fee since I’m not on their scheduled route. That is a very high penalty rate in general considering propane prices are not cheap. I did not like that I have to be penalized for an outside delivery fill considering the gauge and receiver are faulty. Representative stated I was at 50% yesterday and now at 5% the next day. Consumers should not be penalized for faulty equipment provided by the supplier. No sympathy or no other solutions were given unless I pay $99 to get filled that day or wait a couple of days and possibly risk of not having hot water.
