This place is extremely overpriced and the service is terrible. There is no indication or signage that all sales are final and we had unintentionally purchased a couple of items and went back inside within 3 minutes of purchase and was told that they could not override or accommodate a return unless there was proof that it was a dud. I asked them where there was ANY TYPE OF INDICATION that all sales were final and that we had not even left the premises prior to attempting to return what was mistakenly purchased and there was nothing the manager did to attempt to accommodate it. He said that LEGAL told them to take down all signs which said sales were final. Which I believe is a direct violation of Florida Statute 501.142. I am told that I will be contacted if corporate can do anything with respect to the unmarked and unagreed to policy and that if I had an issue with there being no signs as to the sales policy prior to purchase, that I should take it up with legal. I’m sure that I will and am happy to do so on behalf of anyone else that experienced the same. Photos included to show no sales terms were posted.

The store with jam-packed but wealth stocked and well staffed to keep everything moving smoothly. No guns, lighters, or vapes in the store. You also have to show ID and sign a release before you can check out.

Great service. Fantastic sales. Clean. Organize. Friendly service. Must have ID to purchase. No bathrooms inside. There were 3 nasty, dirty portable potty.

I was like a little kid, I wanted to buy everything. The girl that took care of us really didn't have patience when I was questioning the 50% off signs because they had 2 signs with different verbiage and it seemed that one sign read buy a minimum of 450 dollars and receive 50% off the other sign read buy 900 worth of fireworks for 450. Sales girl gave attitude when I asked whats the difference, she told me dont worry about the other sign and that if I wanted 50% off I had to buy 900 dollars. I guess they make commissions on the sales. One star off because of her attitude.
