Don't use this company they only care about the money. As soon as Miter Brands acquired them they started selling off the parts that were not useful, Then they fired around 150 to 200 people claiming it was for business practices , but I don't believe that watch out for this company

windows and sliding door (aluminum) are of poor quality. many panels show defects (scratches, black spots). frames are scratched. 13 out of 13 panels were complained about, after the repair they were complained about again and they will change another 5. With the words: "but we don't guarantee that the new ones will be better". complaints technician unpleasant. really inadequate quality for 40 thousand dollars! definitely do not buy these windows!

Home Depot is blaming you guys for the 7 MONTH! delay on our windows. You guys haven't given an update so no choice but assume they are telling the truth and you guys can't get a simple order produced. Buyer beware.. of younwant your windows, dont order from Home Depot or this company.
