This company deserves some extra recognition for having AMAZING customer service. I got one of their candles in a wedding bag two years ago and loved the scent (Gardenia & Coconut) so much I wanted to replace it. Back in LA on holidays I searched all the shops but couldn't find it. When I returned home to Canada I emailed them and they informed me that that scent was no longer in production but that they had few left in stock at their warehouse. From start to finish Lizzie answered my emails with the loveliest manner, and made the whole process of buying more candles a seamless process. Great customer service, great product. THANK YOU!

As soon as I walked in to the warehouse area, the aromatherapy fragrances like lavender wafted in the air, then there was this subtle scent of teakwood, and my favorite was this strong sexy scent that just put you in the mood. My big thing right now is eco-friendly products and alternatives so this of course falls in the lines of that since the candles are all made with soy wax, hand poured and packaged and shipped by the wonderful group of nice people that work there. They sell a lot of other things online like the reed diffuser that was in the bathroom that I changed because after awhile you have to flip them after the reed sticks have absorbed so much in the jar and the top part sticking out becomes dry. I've visited there twice already and it's never a hassle to complete my work and finish everything or to enjoy the smell goods.

We bought one of these candles in London some time back, teakwood and Tobacco. We loved it. We have since bought one for family in the US, a selection for friends in the US and recently some more for home as our son can bring them home this Christmas. trying some new ones, bit Im sure they'll be great. they last a long time and smell great. As for service, I've found them to be excellent. regular updates and quick responses to any questions. Id defiantly recommend P F Candles.

I received a candle in a Birchbox and I was hooked!! Since then, I have become quite familiar with the company, ordering candles and home goods every few months. First, I love that they are run by a woman!! Second, how she started out is pure inspiration for those of you that are hustling everyday. Third, they have unique and QUALITY products!! LAST, and definitely not least, their customer service is TOP notch. Kiana is the best....I had to email her about something and she actually listens to you and gets it right the next time....in today's hustle and bustle, that means the world. A+!!!! Target used to carry P.F. Candle Co. but due to poor sales, they stopped. Silly! Good news for us Angelenos though, since P.F. (which stands for Pomme Frites... and who doesn't love fries?) runs from their HQ in Boyle Heights. The scents and packaging are both totally beautiful. They have everything available for you to smell and the service we got was lovely. We grabbed three soy candles and a reed diffuser and then immediately ate tacos at Mariscos Jalisco which is only a couple of blocks away!
