Pettys meat market is a local gem. Their staff is always very helpful and kind. They always have a wide variety of options. The prices are a little high if you’re looking to stay in a tight budget, but they are good quality!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Petty's Meat Market, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Matthew, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He helped me navigate through the wide selection of meats, and even provided some fantastic cooking tips and recipe ideas.

I also had the pleasure of meeting John, the wine guy at Petty's Meat Market. John was equally helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time to guide me through the store's impressive wine selection. He made some great recommendations based on my preferences, and I left with some excellent bottles that I wouldn't have discovered on my own.

In addition to the great customer service from Matthew and John, the selection at Petty's Meat Market was impressive. They had a wide variety of meats and cuts to choose from, and everything looked incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. The butcher even offered to custom cut my selections to my specifications, which was a nice touch.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Petty's Meat Market. The customer service was exceptional, thanks to the help of Matthew and John, and the selection was fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a high-quality meat and wine shopping experience. I will definitely be returning to Petty's Meat Market in the future!

Besides our food taking longer for lunchtime, all sandwiches we ordered were delicious. I ordered a reuben sandwich and it had a perfect ratio of all the ingredients, they also swapped rye bread for sourdough- definitely a great recommendation. Atmosphere is very family oriented and there is a lot of returning customers, so service can be little slower. Overall tasty work lunch, definitely worth the wait.

P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

Matt and Tim took excellent care of us on 1/18/25. Matt was extremely attentive to our wants and needs. I wanted triple burgers but none were made and Tim made it happen!!! That's GREAT customer service !!! Petty's fan forever

Pettys Meat Market is a nice store with a mom and pop feel. They sell fresh meats and fish. They also have a nice selection of wine and cheese. If you have a sweet tooth there deserts are amazing too. Most food you cook at home but they also have ready to eat things as well if you wanted to pick up lunch or dinner. Definitely a one off experience that you should visit or your in the area.

Great selection of meats. Great butcher. Don't think I would have had the confidence to buy the pichana without his encouragement and cooking advice. Bought a pichana 2 weeks in row. Gonna buy another. Quickly becoming my favorite cut.

Absolutely beautiful porterhouse. Really fun shop. Free beer on tap while you shop. Really good desserts. Excellent pre-made dishes, sides, and dips.

Nice little shop with great service. It’s nice to have these small specialty stores still around. I find the prices to be hit or miss on some things, but always some what reasonable for what you get. The service of course is always on point. They seem to keep a staff of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. They just seem to provide something that the big chain stores can not, and that is hopefully why they will be around for decades to come...
