We have really good experiences with the people in the office and repairs. They have always did their best to figure out what is wrong with our nightmare of a truck. They have always remained helpful and patient with us when we felt like we had none. I am giving them 5 stars, but as for the international CV Dura Star we own, that thy work on, sucks. The Dura-star system that they have to go threw is a pain in the but, and they really need more support from them. It is not Petersons fault that this is a bad model, and they have tons of issues with these CVs. They hate my truck as much as we do.
