Wont load you before appointment. Moat likely you will be overweight. But has proper parking and restroom.

I called and asked about my pickup 3 times before I even show up to the warehouse. Was told product would be ready at 4pm then 6pm and then 9pm. Finally got loaded at midnight. Just 6 pallets. Last check in 10PM. Btw I checked in at 6:10pm. Communication skills needs to a lot improvement.

I was told 30 minwait 1 truck in front of me . 1hr later I offer to help with load. I ended loading my self no checked merchandise. Didn't see anyone working but front desk lady.

Even though if you set your self an appointment and the product is ready they still won't load you till 2 hours later. What's the point of having an appointment if they don't load you on time. SMH

RED FLAG: Make sure it is not overweight before you drive away far . Go to the nearest scales . Weight on BOLs is not accurate. Happened 3rd time

Grest place to pick up fruit! The front desk guy was helpful and the loaders were quick! The qc was amazing and fast as well. Hope to pick up here again! I bet even the IT department is on point there! A+!
