UPDATE: I was advised to contact Gary, as I see most of the complaints regarding lack of payment were advised to do. However, it's the same old song and dance. To date (3/10/2025) I have not received a response from Gary.

They do not pay their vendors!! They do not return calls or respond to emails. Aaron approved the quote we sent to him (in writing) and we completed the work in November. We still, as of today, (2/25/2025) have not been paid.
However, we have filed a lien on the property where work was rendered. They'll have to take that up with their customer. I will foreclose if necessary. Looks like the jokes on them.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience with this service. I was hired for a job that I completed to the best of my ability, but despite following through and providing the work as agreed, I was never paid. Communication was poor, and after multiple attempts to resolve the payment issue, I have yet to receive any compensation.

This lack of professionalism is disappointing, and I would caution others when considering this company or individual. It's critical for businesses to honor agreements, and in this case, the failure to do so has left me frustrated and unpaid for my time and effort.

Do not do business with this company. As many others have said they do not pay there bills. I did work for them on an O'Reilly's well over 90 days ago and still haven't been paid. I made several attempts to call and email and still nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

We performed work for Perspective 1 using their facility maintenance division at an Outback Steakhouse and it's been OVER 90 DAYS and we still have not been paid. I have sent over 50 emails and have left the same number of voice mails and no one is getting back to me. If you do work for this company, DO NOT BILL THEM. Get paid up front!

We have had the worst luck getting payment from this company. We performed work for them at a local O'Reilly Auto Parts store and suddenly our contact email is getting sent back to us. I do not suggest doing business with them.

Completely unprofessional. If I could have given them a 0 star I would have. No one will return any calls or emails, overdue payments from 4 weeks ago, and in general awful customer service. We will never do any work for this company again.

If they call you for any work. DON'T DO IT. It's been three months and yet to receive any payment for the work done. Getting ready to get my attorney involved.

They have been the worst company that I have ever dealt with since I have been in business. They do not answer phone calls. It has been well over four months and they still have not paid their bill. I would definitely never recommend this company for anything how they do business is atrocious and it’s a shame
