Long story short. Had a car with an engine that needed to be replaced. Perris valley dodge gave his more then a fair trade in value. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our sale person was Malik he was helpful but didn't make us feel pressure. He pulled out two vehicles and let us take them out for a test drive with our daughter and a car seat. Totally recommend them.

Overall, the first visit to Perris Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service for our 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited was a good one. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment.

I had a little difficulty finding it at first, however, a willingness to ask at the car dealership and I was directed back down the hall to their office and to where I should put my Jeep in line (short line).

I had more done than originally planned so I had a longer wait. Fortunately, the waiting area (back down the hall to the dealer area) is spacious, has lots of comfortable seating, vending machines, a few free munchies for customers, and is well air conditioned.

It was worth the wait: the Jeep purring better than before.

The one regret was that it took longer than expected so I didn't take advantage of the free car wash - I had somewhere else to go.

I plan on returning for the next service.

I wish I could bless him due to the love and understanding I was shown from him AND the sales manager, toward my place in life and my credit. I am sitting now, in a gorgeous vehicle, as a second driver in an outlander like brand new with 40k miles only! I was pointed in the perfect direction, it drives smooth as a whistle. It will benefit my family in our young life. The dealer knew that. They got me away from another deal which may have hurt me and into this Godly direction. I am Greatful. Brendan and JP were A blessing, all the way to their finance dept. Sir Michael. You can trust this dealer. They won't get you in over your head. Honesty is a structure most dealers lack. I never thought buying a new car from a dealership would bring me so much joy! 😀

Awesome no-nonsense dealership. They value you as a customer and do what it takes to make a deal. Everyone wins here. Ask for Malik, he knows his stuff and understands what it takes to keep a customer. I bought an F-150 Lightning off their used lot and the deal was smooth and fast. They did a great job detailing the truck too. I will always refer friends/family/strangers to this dealership with high praise because the experience is not the stereotypical car dealership vibe.

DO NOT BUY HERE they don't go over the contract with you, they tell you to finish signing and your screwed. hey don't want to work with you to fix the mistakes they make. I was supposed to receive a call weeks ago and still never did, I received a text saying they will do the best they can to help me and that was the last text I received. Do not work with the internet manager Joseph, he has no clue and will not go to bat for you, Michael didn't explain any paperwork he said just sign here. There are to many dealerships that truly care about the customers and to many to choose from go elsewhere you have been warned, I have a lawyer involved only because they could not even call me back like they promised. You want to see true reviews go to yelp where they have 2 stars not here where the family members and friends post
