As a truck driver, my time is valuable, and unfortunately, this facility has no respect for it. I have been waiting for over 5 hours, and from what I can see, I’ll be here even longer. This seems to be a common issue, as many other drivers have left similar complaints.

A well run facility should prioritize efficiency, communication, and respect for the drivers who keep the supply chain moving. Instead, this place operates with zero urgency, poor organization, and a complete disregard for our time and schedules.

If management truly cares about improving operations, they need to address these issues immediately. Otherwise, they will continue to earn a well deserved bad reputation. Truck drivers talk, and companies take note places like this will eventually lose business if they don’t change their ways.

My husband is a owner operator driver.
On some of his trips i accompany him on his deliveries. Recently we traveled to your facility in Wilkes Barre Pa.
This facility is one of the best places i have seen in long time.
It is clean, the employees working the loading docks were very fast and efficient at their jobs and extremely professional.
My husband has driven trucks for 25 years and this by far is one of the best companies he has dealt with!

1 of the worst places I’ve been to waited 3hrs just to get called to a dock then 4hrs to get loaded every time I comes it’s the same thing like everyone getting paid just to bs around I walk in the freezer only see 1 or 2 people I’ll nva go back to that place

My Driver told me he would not return under any circumstance. I today took a load here today and will not return under any circumstance. The lack of care baffles me that a company with such rich and lengthy history has these awful employees and culture here. If you take a load here or pick up here please make sure you get paid accordingly because you will be here a long time.

Garbage place to do loads for with all due respect but this is worst than publix if you want to sleep and chill for the rest of the day and reset your hours go ahead an get as many loads going here as possible place is insane i don't get how the more workers you have the slower they get
Crazy part is like why do us drivers have to wait 6 hours plus for “QC” makes no sense we are drivers not reps for the company we delivering for there fore i feel is not right you make drivers wait like you have to take it up with customer at the end of the day not the driver so its unright thus is the main reason alot of people getting out of trucking we have to pay 3k plus a month just to work to get played with our time like i dont have family or anyone waiting for me back home hope this farm goes 9-5pm so you dont have people eating dog poo just stealing company time not doing jack but nevertheless never coming back JUST A WARNING TO MY FELLOW TRUCK DRIVERS 8 pallets over 8 hours !!

If you wanna lose your next load or sitting here more than 4+ hours welcome!!! Unloading your trailer pretty quick, but release you after checking whole your load under microscope 🔬!!!! Which is many many hours ….
