Any company you work with requires your guidance and your knowledge to perform what you expect. Working at this level is for the professionals. I have worked with many of engineering firms and Perfect Design is as good as it comes. If you provided the information correctly you will get the information you are looking for correctly. And I have never ran into any company that I did not have to Red-Ink one time or another. And if you don't the the term "RED-INK," it's time for you to get into another line of work.

Scam artists, I called after 2 weeks of no contact for what was a two hour job, was told they hadn't started and would be done next week, I said just cancel the job I've found a reputable engineer who will do it, suddenly oh we can have it done tomorrow, I said I don't trust you just cancel it return my deposit and they are refusing to. I'm also filing a complaint with the better business bureau for their shady tactics. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE

We had them work on our Title 24 paperwork. They are hard to get ahold of especially when there are corrections that need to be done or if you have questions about their work.

Several of their designs came with issues. Strongly suggest going with another company that is more thorough and responsive.

Have been not happy with this business. An architect recommended them to me, and it took forever for them to finish the work. This has been not only my experience, but also same situation for several other clients. Also, their design has been returned by the city for a couple of times and it took a very long time for them to make the changes. They are somewhat more affordable than some other companies, I would assume, however you may want to make a choice between price and time/quality.

I wish I could give them 0 stat. The general contractor recommended them to me to draw a fire sprinkler plan. OMG after months, calling and emailing so many times, finally we had the plans, then of course the plans got rejected by the city because they drew the plans without asking the water pressure , so after few weeks you think they would follow the correction list but no, the plans got rejected for the second time and that was it I was done with this company. In order to not loose our customer I had to hire a new designer . I got the correction request on Friday hired new designer the same day and Monday the plans were done, Tuesday got approved, the project was saved and I managed to satisfy our customer which I think this should be the main goal of each business to have happy customers.
I will never work with this company and I will suggest you to think twice before hiring this people or you will waste your time and money .

I have been using Perfect Design now for two years. Selena always gets my job done quickly and I have never had a problem in plan check. You may feel that they are not super friendly but I think it is because they are so busy. I have always found them courteous and professional.

What a horrible company, terrible terrible customer service, An arrogant owner behinds mean staffs. Careless working habits were cultivated, kept making mistakes, reluctance and refused conversation with customers. Not recommended at all.

I can give them MINUS ZERO. Never ever they come through with there promise..When leave a message they never call you back.
There work is VERY BAD SLOPPY WORK ...
Now they are doing 3rd correction and not ready yet ...its been 3 weeks and not done yet
I called this morning the said will be ready tomorrow...Call us at 10 am to be sure
