If you are a person with a power of attorney to care for someone with dementia, don't bother asking these people to cooperate. Horrible experience. But they will definitely take your money on behalf of that person if you offer up your credit card. Sending a refund check to a person who has no access to a bank account, at an address they don't even live at yet is ridiculous. Your company does what is easy for them, not accommodating to your customer. These services are not a "favor" to the community, customers pay for this, which in turn, provides revenue for your paycheck.
