The contractors were very respectful and excellent.Getting paid from people ready be a hassle,which the 2 Lady’s there Shona and Maranda show favoritism and discrimination toward the value workers.they need to put a different staff cause things are not gonna change.

Melinda has a attitude which costed me a job due to her lack of listening and comprehension of what's happening in the morning. She's sopose to assume that we know what "I only gave a hour left to fill your job ticket. Have a nice day. Click. " like what does that mean? Are you going to fill it out? Are you not because you only have a hour left? I arrive at job site only for her to tell me she didnt fill it out because she thought i was calling in the morning to let her know im not working. Like you would have known what was happening if you LET ME TALK(she doesnt let me talk and talks over me with praticlly useless information that i already know and i have to nudge in what i have to say.) But because she didnt let me talk and hung up on me, i couldnt work, wasted time and money to get here. The lack of communication is astounding with Melinda at Visalia branch.

Not a lot of work. My husband and I accept jobs on the jobstacker app, only to continously get them taken away with no explanation at all. This company is a joke. Worked twice in the last 3 months, and have never worked over 3 hours.

Been at People Ready / Labor ready for about 5 years now and the consistency of work for me has been tremendously high worked for so many good companies that tought me so many things including Government jobs .Just to mention one wich was at the leemore military base earning pervalian wage clearing $220 on a daily basis "$46 per HR. Lately work has been skyrocketing since the arrival of our new branch manager PASCUAL very friendly easy to work with and very very dedicated at client hunting to keep us veey busy.
R.J & MIRANDA thank you soo much for all your support and dedication through out these Years . just to let you guys know im a very proud people ready employee. Thanks to you guys keep up the excellent work.

You got to Check in and wait for
A phone call to work, you need to call
In daily and be ready, if it is slow on work
It will pick up later, just hang in there,
