Not quite sure of the year of my initial order... 3-4 yrs ago? Never have been unsatisfied with service. The customer service (very nice and accomadating young group of ladies) have gone far and beyond for selections, recipes and just good conversation.

Call to simply buy something? Seriously? Different employees everytime . Only sketch businesses fly through people like that....anything I've ever gotten from there especially fish ...doesn't take long before you can spot where they forgot to cut off the freezer burn or missed the vein on a shrimp......also pretty sure your supposed to keep packaging of consumable seafood separate from packing and shipping of it......God only knows what's making it way into those boxes they ship out. Stay away

Seafood is great, but the only option is to order via phone. I ordered King Crab, King Salmon, and scallop. All taste amazing. I recommended this place to my friends when they have their trip in Alaska. No in-store shopping was available though. I thought I could see more products. I learned about this place from a local family. I am surprised that not many people make comments here. Maybe their major business is local business. Visitors should know this place.
I apologize for the misunderstanding I had with the store. Thanks for their reply to help me realize what happened.

I purchased a gift pack of lobster, scallops and shrimp and the quality was fantastic. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The salesman Tuba gave me some recipes that were delicious. We will be back soon for more !

My employer and I have been going to the Peninsula Processing and Smokehouse for the last four years. And, every time we received great service. They have the best prices on crab (we LOVE crab), friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and I love the samples they have out for the customers.

Josh had my fish ready to go the same day I dropped it off. Vacuum sealed, frozen, and packaged. We have used other facilities in the past and it was nowhere near as smooth as it was when we switched over to the crew at Peninsula Processing and Smokehouse. Great work guys, see you next year!

My wife and I live in Sterling and have been traveling to the lower-48 twice each year for the past 9-years. On each trip we stop in your Seafood Market and purchase 15 to 25 pounds of your Honey Smoked Salmon, Halibut Steaks, Ling Cod and True Cod fillets for our friends and family. Our friends all rave about their gifts and claim it is "...the best on the planet!" We think it must be so as our friends keep inviting us back. Thanks so much for your GREAT seafood products!
