Very bad experience ! Had a flat tire on my bike fixed on Monday late afternoon.
Carried it back home on the trunk of my car.
Today on my first ride same tire immediately flat.
Called the company to ask if they had road service ( they do not ) and to complain about the “repair “ job …. Attendant / owner ? refused to acknowledge it’s too much of a coincidence same tire flat on the first ride saying it could have been many things ….hummmm really ?

I normally go to Key Cycling for excellent service but unfortunately on Monday afternoon they were closed. Peloton never again

I received great customer service from Antonio when I was at his shop recently inquiring about an issue I was having with my bike rear disc brake. It was scraping with the new pad and was giving me a hard time to complete my ride that morning. He kindly offered assistance, adjusted the pads and got me right back on my bike. I truly appreciate his quick response to solve the issue and his feedback explaining me what to do in case that ever happens to me again. Best bike shop in town!!! I got a few bikes already for the whole family and it is always a pleasure going there. Also, if you want to service your bike, they are really good in adjusting and maintaining the good shape of your bike. And they have bikes for every pocket.

Went into the shop to ask a few questions about my bike. First guy I spoke to was really nice and informative. I said to myself, while I'm here let me look around the shop a little to see if there was anything I liked. I start looking at water bottles and looking them up online to see reviews and whatnot to make an informed decision. Out of no where another employee approaches me asking if i was looking up prices. Tells me that's what's wrong with people like me. He continued to bagger me saying that employees of the shop need to get paid, telling me to price check other items... so on and so on... felt extremely disrespected. Terrible people skills
